Client Details Our client is a growing innovative software solutions business based in Manchester who are experience a period of growth and now keen to recruit an additional account manager to service its key retail and e-commerce clients. Description As an Account Manager your objectives will be: Hitting both personal and team-based goals focused around existing business Working directly with client retention and Service Delivery to keep clients happy Support with retaining clients, negotiating contract extensions and more Providing clients with quotes for AD HOC work projects Working with finance to detail specific up sells Be accountable for growing a portfolio of household named clients in the software spaceProfile The successful candidate will the following: Experience in Sales/Account Management with the software space Client retention or managing client portfolios Deal ownership from beginning to end Excellent communication skills at all levels SAAS experience Maintain and develop relationships both internal and external Articulate and commercial awareness Excellent phone manner Exceptionally well organised Attention to detail Comfortable handling a wide range of client staff members - including director level, IT, Operations and moreJob Offer On offer for the successful candidate is a salary between £21,000 - £25,000 + bonus + career progression + pension
