Behaviour Support Mentor   GSL SEN are actively looking for a resilient Behaviour Support Worker who has experience of supporting pupils with complex Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs and associated learning difficulties in school settings. The successful candidate will support pupils aged between 11 and 19 who have Autism, complex Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs (SEMH), and Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) in a secondary school setting. The school has committed staff members who are passionate about enhancing the lives of their students through learning. Behaviour Support Worker £70-£85 per day, depending on experience Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs (SEMH), and Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) Immediate starts Monday to Friday; 8am - 17pm Weekly paymentThe ideal candidate will be kind and nurturing with a dedication to their responsibility as a Behaviour Support Worker. You will engage the children in your care with creative tasks that will aid their learning and development, particularly with core subjects such as English, Maths and Science. An enthusiastic and patient approach is essential!
